"Regret the collection time on the return was incorrect. At the time of booking I didn't know the disembarkation time and said I would confirm when I knew. But someone making the booking arbirtariy put in a time which was completely incorrect resulting in no vehicle being at the port to take us home. (Fortunately, you were able to find a driver and vehicle.)
I did not have access to the internet or email address to contact you. Further, the destination addresson the booking form was incorrect. I phoned to give you the address when I knew. The lady I spoke to at your office did not speak good English and had difficulty understanding my instructions.
